PARTORYPARTORY COST CALCULATOR

Terms of use

MVP draft. Legal review and completion of operational and retention details are required before public launch.

1. Operator and purpose

PARTORY Cost Calculator is operated by PARTORY s.r.o., company ID 05365678, VAT ID CZ05365678, registered office Průmyslová 944/25, 500 02 Hradec Králové, Czech Republic, registered with the Regional Court in Hradec Králové, section C, file 43089. Contact: sales@partory.com. The service is for businesses and their authorised representatives. It provides indicative material and laser cutting cost estimates from DXF drawings.

2. Account and sign-in

The agreement is formed when you accept these terms and verify your email address. Sign-in links are single-use and expire after 15 minutes. Sessions expire after 14 days of inactivity. Protect your email account and sign-in links and report suspected misuse to the operator. Creating accounts to circumvent limits is prohibited.

3. Free credits

Each verified email receives five credits per calendar month in the Europe/Prague time zone. Monthly credits do not roll over. One credit is used for the first successful calculation of one DXF file. Previews, failed processing and subsequent changes to quantity, material, thickness or rates do not use further credits. Each file in a batch is counted separately.

4. Limits and additional credits

New calculations are blocked once credits are exhausted. History and recalculations remain available. You may request additional credits; there is no automatic entitlement to a grant. Administrator-granted credits remain until used, with monthly credits consumed first. The MVP requires no payment card and creates no subscription. Any future paid service will require a separate express order.

5. Calculation and inputs

You must check geometry, units, material, thickness, quantity and rates. Material cost uses the minimum bounding rectangle, thickness, density and price per kilogram. Holes do not reduce the billed material. Labour uses cut length, a coefficient in hours per metre and your hourly rate. Prices exclude VAT, delivery, finishing and any operations not expressly included.

6. Nature of the estimate

Results are indicative estimates based on supplied inputs, not binding PARTORY quotations or confirmation of manufacturability. Default rates are a starting point; sample values are labelled. Previews are not approved manufacturing documentation. Verify results before making commercial or manufacturing decisions. A binding manufacturing quotation requires a separate review and agreement.

7. File rights and confidentiality

Ownership of drawings remains with their owners. You confirm your right to upload them and grant the limited non-exclusive permission needed to store, back up, process, display and handle your requested enquiry. Content is not public. Access is limited to you and authorised PARTORY personnel as necessary; contracted infrastructure providers may support the service. Without separate permission, drawings are not shared with manufacturing suppliers, used to train AI or publicly displayed. Statutory disclosure obligations remain unaffected.

8. Retention and removal

Drawings and calculations do not automatically expire and serve as account history while the retention purpose remains. This is not a guarantee of perpetual archiving. Keep your own originals. You may request file or account deletion in the application or at sales@partory.com. Requests are handled without undue delay, subject to necessary retention for legal obligations or legal claims. Personal data and backup details are covered by the privacy notice.

9. Enquiries and communication

Submitting an enquiry or credit request asks PARTORY to contact you to handle it. It is not a manufacturing order. The application sends operational messages, sign-in links and responses to requests. Accepting these terms does not constitute newsletter consent.

10. Availability and liability

The operator provides the service with reasonable professional care. Maintenance or faults may limit availability. Report errors to the contact email. The operator is not responsible for incorrect results to the extent caused by incorrect inputs or use outside the stated purpose. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains unaffected.

11. Restriction and termination

Security interference, accessing others’ data, harmful uploads and circumventing limits are prohibited. The operator may proportionately restrict accounts for violations, providing a reason and opportunity to remedy where possible. Immediate action may be taken for urgent security threats. You may request account closure at any time. Planned service closure will be announced at least 30 days in advance with an opportunity to obtain stored materials.

12. Changes and final provisions

Material changes will be announced in advance, and acceptance of new terms will be required for continued use. You may decline and close your account. Changes alone do not create payment obligations. Czech law applies, without prejudice to mandatory rules applicable to the relationship. Parties will first try to settle disputes amicably; otherwise the competent court will decide.
