Data and purposes
Email, account and session data, accepted terms, drawings and calculations are processed to provide the agreed service. Enquiries and requests are processed to handle them and discuss manufacturing. Credit and administrator records support service integrity and security based on legitimate interests. We do not make automated decisions with legal effects.
Access and recipients
Files are not public. Authorised PARTORY staff and necessary contracted infrastructure and email providers may have access. Files are not automatically shared with manufacturers. Before public launch, the operator must list the actual processors and any safeguards for transfers outside the EEA based on the selected hosting, storage and SMTP services.
Retention
Files do not automatically expire and serve account history while the retention purpose remains. You may request deletion or account closure. The operator must periodically review retention needs and include files, calculations, identifiers and backups in deletion procedures. Specific retention periods for security records, inactive accounts and backups must be approved and completed before public launch.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection or the relevant supervisory authority. Contact sales@partory.com; identity will be verified proportionately.
Cookies and communication
The application uses necessary authentication cookies. The MVP has no advertising or analytics trackers and serves fonts locally. Registration is not marketing email consent. An email address is required to provide the account and sign-in service.
